From a Surry Hills warehouse to Sydney’s gaming home
We opened the doors on Albion Street in 2019 with twelve rigs and a dream of a place where competitive and casual players could share the same room. Today NexusStream fills a 320-square-metre floor with acoustically treated pods, adjustable Herman Miller seating and lighting tuned for long sessions.
Hardware refreshed every 18 months, no exceptions
Every battlestation runs a current-gen RTX GPU, a 240Hz panel and mechanical peripherals we replace on a rolling schedule. Our on-site technicians benchmark each machine weekly, so the frame you get at 2pm on a Tuesday is the same frame you get on a Saturday night.

Forty battlestations built around Ryzen 7 CPUs, RTX 4080 GPUs and 32GB of DDR5. Each seat has a 27-inch 240Hz monitor, mechanical keyboard, wired esports mouse and studio headset. Day pass available for $55.

No membership is required — anyone can walk in and pay by the hour or grab a day pass. We do offer an optional NexusStream membership at $29 per month that unlocks discounted hourly rates, priority weekend booking and free VR orientation sessions.
Yes, and we strongly recommend it for Friday and Saturday evenings. You can reserve a battlestation, console pod, VR slot or the esports studio through our contact form or by calling the club. Peak slots often sell out a day or two in advance.
Players aged 15 and over are welcome unaccompanied. Under-15s are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian, and we run supervised junior sessions on Saturday mornings. Some titles on the floor are R18+ and access to those is age-verified.
We are open Monday to Thursday 10am–11pm, Friday 10am–2am, Saturday 9am–2am and Sunday 9am–10pm. The kitchen and coffee bar close one hour before the floor each night.
We do. The full floor can be booked out for birthdays, corporate team days, LAN finals and community tournaments. Our events team handles brackets, casting and catering — reach out through the contact form with your date and headcount for a quote.
Absolutely. Bring your own mouse, keyboard, controller or headset and plug straight in. You can log into your own game accounts, and our machines wipe all personal data automatically at the end of every session for your privacy.
